Bookings policy

Fox & Ivy has been established since 2018. We specialise in taking care of your lashes and nails. We give more attention to detail and provide a luxury service for our clients. Your beauty is our utmost priority. In line with that, we use only the best products for you. Additionally, you won’t have to feel guilty about the beauty products we use as we only use products that are vegan and not tested on animals.



Important: Please make sure to read our policies before booking an appointment as once you have booked you agree to our salon policies which are firm.

Bookings Policy

  • Please note that I do not remove any products applied by any other nail artist/nail tech. Please come to your appointment with bare nails unless the product has been applied by me or I have approved prior. 
  • No booking fee is necessary to secure an online booking. A cancellation or now show the day of appointment incurs a fee which is 50% of your selected service. Your card and details will be kept on file and the balance will be charged the day of appointment.
  • At least 24 hours notice is required to reschedule an appointment to another time. Anything less than 24 hours notice will be classed as a cancellation/no show. This will action me to charge you the remainder balance of your service booked. This is necessary as THREE People will be affected by your actions. One: Yourself as you will miss out on this appointment and future appointments. Two: Potential client who misses an appointment you have blocked out. Three: Myself a small business the loss of time affects me greatly. 
  • I cannot reply to your messages to reschedule within 24hrs. My time and attention is strictly with my client I am servicing. 
  • A booking confirmation and two reminders will be automatically sent 48hrs and 24hrs to help assist with a smooth appointment 
  • Whichever service you book in for, you will be charged for. For example, if you book in an appointment for hand panted French nail art, you will be charged for that service, even if you change your mind when you arrive for your appointment.
  • I have a 15 mins grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment I’ll do everything I can to finish off a beautiful set for you. This puts a lot of pressure on the service time and may only be able to complete a basic set depending on how late you arrive. Please note that this is because it would be unfair on my next client, as it would run into their appointment time. The service you have booked will be charged as you have booked this time.
  • Please come to your appointment on your own. I apologise but for safety and quality of your service no children are allowed.

Most importantly 

  • Please be aware that this is a private studio and also home to Lady. A resident pooch that works daily to provide client satisfaction. If you have a phobia please message before booking so I can organise to have her secured during your appointment. I do not recommend booking if you have allergies to long haired canine friends.
